Does anyone know how to delete a fp account and stop AVS? I got AVS in July 09, and found out today I'm still paying it despite fp saying it runs out after 3 months! That's nearly 9 quid a month for 15 months! There's no 'contact us' that I can find on the entire site and no way of cancelling AVS, even my bank can't cancel it as fp has not set it up as a dire t debit but a reoccurring payment.... Any ideas?? Feel free to message me.
