Sheer boredom drives me back onto this site from time to time. This is one of those times.
My Pet Hate...

People who lend money off you, then always try and fob you off, then try to pay back in installments - against the original agreement - and then when it comes to the last installment they try and not pay since it's now at an amount low enough for them to deem "trivial". SCUM.
