In my own words

I'm witty, intelligent and good to be with. I'm a very active person - I play football at least twice a week and run every day! I'm in my final year of studying Manufacturing Engineering and Management at Lufbra Uni. I'm one of the lucky ones cos I really enjoy (most of) my course!!

I ran London Marathon in April 2008 and raised loads of money for Cancer Research UK doin it. I've obviously got the bug now cos I went on to do the Stockholm Marathon 6 weeks later! It's hard work fitting running and football around each other but I've managed it so far - and even started coaching (I'm FA Level 1 qualified).

This Week's Plan...

to get through work, go for a run and get the adrenaline going!
