when i got sterilised i had 2 b filled full of gas 4 them 2 do the operation, at home i was in quite alot of pain but still went out on the piss with my kid brother, slumped up against each other on the settee after we got in i let out the most gigant-e-normerous fart that rattled out 4 about 20 seconds n sounded like a fog horn!!!!
