Nothing in life worth having comes easy. some men are foolish not to know a good thing when they have it. They think the grass is always greener, i say let them go find it. im sick of worthless men.. you have to work for what you want they are no quick fix's, things aren't ment to be easy. if they care they will make the effect like anything in life. people only treat you the way you let them, life's too short.. Do what you want as long as it dosen't hurt others. stay true to your self love with every bit of your self, cry if you must. But don't regret anything that ever made you smile. keep the ones you love close, speak with what's in your heart. say your true feelings, don't live in what could of been.. nothing hurts like love but it was good when you had it hey???...

After i eased the first three in I attempted the fourth realising the previous three were stuck. I was rushed to A&E where they kindly removed two of the nuts.
