WHY DONT THE GOVERNMENT SPEND THEIR MONEY ON THINGS LIKE THE WOMEN IN AFRICA THAT GET BEAT BY THEIR HUSBANDS, WHY DONT WE MAKE THER LIFE BETTER AND SPEND THE MONEY ON THEM WHERE CHANGE COULD HAPPEN?
