Have you heard of the Mongolia Charity Rally?
Well on July 5th, a team of two drivers Team No Known Way, myself and my good friend Jon will be leaving London for Ullaanbaator in Mongolia in a 1995 M reg Skoda Favorit 5 door hatchback. For more details on the rally please visit www.mongoliarally.co.uk
After the start in London, the team will drive to Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia via 10,000 miles of roads ranging from the right hand streets of the UK, the high speed Autobahns of Germany, to the roads of ex-Soviet satellite countries and dirt tracks of Kazakhstan and Mongolia where paved roads are an exception.
Once in Ulaanbaatar, we will donate some of our time and effort to help the CDPF (Childrens Development Protection Fund), by donating the vehicle to them. We are also trying to raise monies for our two chosen charities, Save the Children and GOSH (Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Trust) |
