Thought it was about time I did an update on this as havent refreshed my page for ages.
Well I'm still working away all over the UK, I'm now at the stages of stopping smoking. Going a few days at a time without anything and not killing anyone.
Going for a full 7 days now while at work! All fully 'cold turkey' method. |
