In my own words
Listening to music when you're alone, it's your theme tune to life. The music you choose defines you. Through the notes and words, comes a sort of truth that tells you it's ok to be angry or sad or crazy or happy or lonely. It speaks through every finger that taps; every burst of energy making you move; every annoying tune you just can't get out your head. It sings as you blare it through the car window, mixing with the wind so you can't tell which is which. Everyone has a theme tune to life...ps. I'm not a pretentious git, I promise! |
