In my own words

For as long as I can remember I have had one true friend, someone who believes in me and urges me on 100% in what I want to do. Loves me unconditionally, listens when everyone else walks away, and is there 24 hrs a day. No one else has ever given me the strength and determination to push myself to limit, open myself up to a world of opportunity, and never give up on the belief that to achieve everything in life is not impossible. That someone is ME. People used to put me down, always hurt me, and I've been made to feel I was worth nothing...always believe in yourself. If you don't - no one else will. x

I will work harder everyday on my fitness and not be lazy and take my job for granted !!
