So after the weekend and the heartache n heart break, our world finally started spinnin again, two front row tickets :P and daaamn it was good. Nothing better on this earth.. well, maybe sex :P lol! Me n Ash were all round the Stadium for 4 hours, desperately trying2get a hold of our tickets, yet no-one knew who the guy was (two huge companies, Warner and Kerrang and still they mess up!) so after four hours we bumped in2 2 Geordies, part of the Machine Head crew who were backing Metallica up, they were pissed2hear about the tickets and mentioned we may be able to find something out at the vehicles enttrance... When we got down there, London was so damn impressive.. the density of residency on the outskirts is a breeding ground for economic enourmosity but who cares.. we were there2see Metallica. Managed2stay in Greenwich for the night :) which was so good, the hospitality, considering we didn't even book the room :). There was no chance I could have gotten there a few months ago but when I heard on the 6th that my gf's bro had won2tickets and better still, couldn't go down himself.. I threw my life away and travelled down2London, no accomodation or anything lol.. the tickets were still on ice; last time we spoke2the competition holders, we said we would try and get down yet wasn't sure, which was 4:30pm on Friday. | | | | | 5 entries | | |
