First they take you up to the 30th floor in the lift, then it's up another 4 floors by foot.
You're clipped onto the safety rope, then they ask you to walk backwards to the edge of the building. You're on scaffolding, and at the edge, you have to step down onto the building without being able to see it PLUS you're not allowed to hold onto the scaffold.
