However, thanks to some very special people in my life, some old and some new, life is very good and the pain of the past few months becomes just a mistake very narrowly avoided. | | | | | Difficult weekend | wrote | | | It is always difficult to lose any of our animal friends but the loss of one this weekend suddenly makes me glad to have fellow animal lovers as the closest people to me in my life. | | | | | Rescue work | wrote | | | Animal rescue work dominating this week - from raffle ticket printing to rehoming new kittens. Tiring in the extreme but worthwhile. Still have to bite my tongue when dealing with some people and their view on animals. | | | | | Trust vs No Trust | wrote | | | Some people touch your life for just a moment and have a lasting effect. Others could be there for years and never have the same effect. The challenge of trusting your feelings but taking the risk you could be hurt so much is forever a difficult one... I will stick with taking this chance despite the risk of pain it causes. The really difficult one is to still send love to those who reject you or break promises... that I still try to achieve each day. | | | | | 4 entries | | |
