The body in charge of regulating Britain's roads today announced that all new drivers will, as a required part of passing the practical element of their driving test, be sentenced to four years imprisonment and face fines of between £500 and £1,000. These drivers will also be given 6 instant points on their license upon recieving it, under new proposals by the government that satistical evidence shows that by reducing the number of cars on the road, we can significantly reduce the number of accidents which occur. We consider it to be in the best interest of the driver to ensure that it's as hard as possible for them to set foot in a car in the first place. Drivers who are not involved in the driving of cars, see a massive decrease in the number of car accidents they're involved in. , said Mr Uma Fatchett EARL OBE. Several pilchards declined to comment despite intense questioning. |
