In my own words
My name is Matthew Fong. I'm twenty years old and am currently a 3rd year Computer Science student at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA. I'm originally from Miami, FL with my family coming from Jamaica. I listen to dancehall, reggae, rap, hip-hop, and r&b. I love movies and want to be a movie producer when I grow up. I do web design and like creating websites as a hobby. I just landed an internship as a web designer for a marketing firm in Atlanta called Century City Marketing ;).
I'm a coxswain on the Georgia Tech Crew Team, a College of Computing Ambassador, Public Relations Officer for the Caribbean Student Association, and a member of Minorities in Computer Science. I also do undergraduate research under the Intel Opportunity Scholars. I love meeting new people who are different and unique. Connections and networking are pretty important to me.
