In my own words
The last 6 years have been an amazing rollercoaster ride. Separation, Divorce, change of job, broken leg, then branching out on my own. Most people only endure one of these stressful experiences, I've managed the lot together and although I strive on stress the last 18 months have been the toughest ever. House sale fell through (thanks for nothing Northern Rock) so stuck with it now until 2012! I thought 2007 was tough but 2008/9 has proven to be even more challenging, but i am not going to let it beat me. There is light at the end of the tunnel, finally, 2010 is going to be a great year.
When I look back at how what has happened, I am amazed I have got through it all. You certainly know who your friends are, who are the people you can rely on, when the chips are down. I will never forget those who have stood by me during these traumatic times.

| | | Today has been a very sad day. Have just returned from the funeral of a truly amazing lady. Helena touched the lives of everyone she came into contact with, she was one in a million, this was borne out by the number of people in attendance. It is a tragedy that she has gone at 35, but the way she fought so long against the cancer that finally took her should be an inspiration to everyone. My heart goes out to Mark and the children. Helena may be gone, but she will never be forgotten xxxx |
