|You may have heard many say that deleting their Facebook account was the most liberating thing that they have ever done (it's true).|
You can lose a lot of weight, feel good about yourself and then go on fb and see things that may make you feel bad about about yourself. It really is a breeding ground for negativity.
We often forget how much we really are addicted to these things. Now I have more time studying for my IT exams, focusing that time and energy on positive things that will help

|Ladies, I'm sure you've heard this many times before, but hear me out! Last year I did a DNA test to confirm my haplogroup. When I received my results, I discovered that I'm a member of a rare Y-chromosomal haplogroup known as haplogroup G2a. So yes, there are not many members of my haplogroup (people/race). Essentially, we're limited edition! |
There you have it. I have scientific; DNA-based evidence to support my claims about not being like other guys, lmao!

|I quit smoking using the tablets on the 4th of September, 2015. I did it at first for financial reasons. However, I have noticed so many health benefits which were added bonuses. I don't think there are any negative sides to quitting.|
I started smoking when I was a twelve-year-old, so its been a lifetime addiction that I have managed to overcome!

|This time last year I was 210lb and now I'm 149.8lb. I did a ketogenic diet and cut out all sugars for months. I was eating just meat and vegetables and only drank water and it worked really well.|
I did it for no one else but myself as being a 15stone guy I was getting depressed when looking in the mirror. It doesn't matter what weight you are as long as you're happy with your body, and that's why I'm happy sticking at my current weight :D
