A 7 minute walk to the National Research Council (NRC) campus on Mtl Rd & la Cité Collégiale. Public transportation nearby. 15 minutes to Ottawa University & 20 minutes to downtown at rush hour on #29 bus route (non-rush hour add 5-10 minutes, on #2, #129 or #15 bus routes). 13 minute walk to the Transitway (#95 bus route: Blair Station), Shopping mall, grocery store, Future Shop, SilverCity Cinemas. Well established & safe neighbourhood. |
From Now On...
House rules: low noise levels, no smoking inside, occasional guests, no pets. Tenants have a separate entrance to the house and they may lock their private room door. Managed by a male working professional (no kids) who mainly resides in a separate part of the house to the tenant's living area, but has access to the whole house.
