At Bliss Yoga Retreats our mission is simple :
'To make the blissful experience of attending a yoga retreat accessible to everyone!'
We welcome everyone regardless of their age, level of ability or their lifestyle choices because we believe that no one should be discouraged from doing something which is good for them. We believe that being good at yoga shouldn't really be a thing. You don't need to be good at drinking water or being kind. You get the benefits from doing it and that's all that matters! |
