In my own words

Typical leo...I can be your best friend or your worst enemy! Insomniac at the best of times :( According to my friends my life evolves around working, eating,shopping,going the cinema and the gym haha I'm always busy doing something no rest for the wicked! I prefer decent, intellectual conversations...stimulate my mind not just my body!I'm a work in progress not sure how I completed Murphy in 44 mins and 13 seconds did it now I'm paying for it almost fell down the stairs and using the toilet has been fun..not! Next challenge...muscle ups and hand stand push ups!Last year of competing for me I think...

To the bestest mum in the whole wide world she really was one in a million even through all that she went through and all the pain she was in she never once complained she is going to be missed so so much love you mum x

From Now On...

it's train hard,work hard then play harder!
I've now taken up Olympic weight lifting...only 57.5kg power cleans,90kg deadlifts and 102.5kg back squats!Crossfit Open 21.1 done 374 reps in just under 15 mins! 21.2 152 reps in 20 mins and 21.3 completed in 13 mins 27 Crossfit 22.1 with 135reps 22.2 200reps and 22.3 in 10 mins 30
