Now, I'm not gay or owt, but Stalin was clearly the most handsome of all the 20th century dictators. Later on, Uncle Joe became chubby and paranoid. Smoking marijuana makes you chubby and paranoid. Stalin was definitely a stoner. No doubt about it. Yep.
