when i return off to a few gigs including the enemy, stereophonics even miss tunstall, i'm still trying to get foo fighter tickets, now that would be awesome. i saw them at wembley and they rocked, best band on the day,in my opinion. | | | | | live earth | wrote | | | got a text saying tkts available for life earth next sat at wembley. only purchased them, can't wait to see chili peppers, razorlight, kasabian, keane, snow patrol, madonna and the beastie boys( that'll be like going back to school), plus loads of other artists performing. bring it on. | | | | | wrote | | | got to try & get back to normality(whatever that is) after a nice break in the sun. started off a bit awkward as i had to sort out my nephew's issues. it started to turn into a crusade but he understood exactly where i'm coming from and he agreed it was for the best(been back 1 day and he's stuck to his word and done what he had to). after that it did become a proper holiday and we got on like a house on fire. 10 days is also a perfect break as you don't really think about going home. | | | | | wrote | | | what a weekend, it started with a 3 hour drive to newquay. i saw the automatics & feeder live on fri night, brilliant. i saw judge jules on sat, what a set. on sun was privileged to see dance anthems live. the daytime was very entertaining, there was a small matter of a surf-fest taking place. on mon took a drive to lands end(how windy is it). was hoping to reach torquay but with traffic end up in small village nr st austall. one word to describe cornwall is beautiful! | | | | | wrote | | what a surreal start to 2006. had a great new years eve. ended up in 3 different places, met up with a few friends who i haven't seen for years, got wasted for the 1st time over festive period.
then today i met my dad for the 1st time in 21 years. then i made the effort to visit my mum for the 1st time in 16 years. am i glad i made the effort, yes as they gave me answers, some of the answers were unreal. now i can put that behind me and move onwards and upwards with or without them! | | | | | 5 entries | | |
