Nina made us multi-coloured Tu-tus to wear while we ran (not sure if it was so we stood out or to make us look like divs - but it achieved both). Didn't train as much as I should've however fairly pleased when I finished in 66 mins, followed by Johan 71 mins, then Nina and Jenny 84 mins (although I think they were arsing about!). I've never been before and didn't really have much notion to go until this year, but couldn't get a ticket - then i got offered one at the very last minute (and cheap!). So off i toddled to go camping for the weekend. Tis was amazing! Cannot wait to go back again!
Everyone was lovely, the music was great and the mud, not too bad really. Plus the sun shined! Managed to finish it in 1 hour 5 minutes, which is no bad, although i had hoped to get round about the hour mark :o(
Did the 10k with my sister Nina and my friend Veronica. V finished with me and NIna came in at just under 1 hour 25 minutes.
