Those of you that know me, know that running is what I live for. Last year I totally wrecked my knee and had a new one. After a long long long time recovering it seems they are not happy for me to run on it again and therefore I am going thy the whole process again! BOOOO
So on Wednesday I go to have bionic knee number 2, OUCH!
It also means as i cant do fuck all I will be on line a lot more.
