in fact it went so well i was suprised myself, so i can cook a xmas dinner from scratch with all the trimmings, plus the pudding!
its now given me the inspiration to cook more often (from scratch not ready made). | | | | | a lucky escape | wrote | | | last night during the heavy snowfall, my two brothers thought it was a good idea to drive on the motorway. as you can imagine it was hard to control the car but when a big rig swerves out of control infront of you and sprays slush up the window causing you to break sharply and spin out of controll, it makes you realise how fragile and unpredictable our lives truly are. | | | | | beneath the surface | wrote | | for ages now, ive had this feeling of anger, im a very reserved and understanding person but latley things have been building up and building up.
it like a great beast within trying to be unleashed, and im affraid i might let it lose on the wrong person.

Lately things have been different to what they should be, for example, you plan for the future but it goes tits up, you expect a situation to go one way but it goes the opposite and turns for the worse.
it may be the fact that i need a break or the fact that things around me have changed so much that each smile now conceals a dagger! | | | | | back at work | wrote | | why is it that your holidays fly by and the first three days back go so slow that you go insane?!
one thing i've noticed recently is the wahy people spend too much time rushing around to get from A to B and rush to finish things that they never slow down or stop to look around and appreciate the sights and sounds of everyday life.
so dear reader, just take 5 mins to stop and take a breath, look around once in a while because life moves so fast that if you blink, you could miss it! | | | | | 5 entries | | |
