training nite

got training 2nite will have to wrap up warm 2nite will b brass monkeys at 7pm lol and am also getting hair cut

My Best Day...

was thursday 27th january 2005 & sunday 25th june
when i got my heart transplant after 19 months of waiting
the 2nd best day in my life was in italy when i took part in the european transplant games and i won 2 gold medals in 100 meters and4x4 realys and 1 bronze in the cricket ball throw. and i am like forrest gump i just run for and run am now british & european 100 & 200meters champion can anybody stop me ? we will find out this year
