hey people, how is everybody? I am in agony as I have taken up jogging with my sister, she has a charity run next month so am helping her train up and trying to get fit in the process, that is if i can run further than 10 yards without collapsing lol. I am also counting down the days to chrimbo cos if ya don't start shopping for it early enough everyone will be getting windscreen cleaner or air fresheners from the all night garage xmas eve lol. hope you all fine, speak to ya again soon mwah xxx
