| | | Was buying lunch at work today and heard the first few bars to a song that have not heard for a whle... the song was 'everybody wants to rule the world' by Tears for Fears... the eightes were a time of decadence and disorder but listening to that song took me right back to beng thirteen wth my whole life in front of me (and havng a HUGE crush on Curt Smith the singer)..the song has the immortal line ''' all for freedom and for pleasure.. nothing ever lasts forever''' how very very true! |
