Stopped smoking

Been cutting down on my cigarette consumption lately. I could go days without having one, so I decided the time wasright to quit. I went out with mates on March 22, and I decided to smoke, (one last blast before quitting. I regretted it the next day, as I was all congested and had a sore throat. Any way, I haven't had one since then and I feel a little fitter and healthier.
