well im still in good shape but the problem is once you start getting addicted to workin out your forever finding things you want to improve. got some more pics from cuba but not uploaded them yet xxx
i will try in time but at the moment i feel in well bad shape from my 3 weeks in cuba and i aint stopped eatin since iv come back. need a girl to kick my ass n get me back in the gym or exercise me in other ways .... xxx

id need more than 1 day to recover at 50p a drink thats rediculesly cheap but i like it! hardly ever go out in the week, i must be gettin borin in my old age xxx
