Hey, and thanks for reading my profile.
I offer a training service if you are interested. My programme involves a 1 on 1 consultation, were I will evaluate you, and assess how many calories you will need to gain weight/muscle or lose weight. i will also teach you how to stay focussed and keep you on track.
I will also Give you a folder which will include:
>Meal cards: Which I have made (The meals you pick will be to a specific calorific value which I will work out for you)
>A diet sheet: To write out your chosen meals for your diet plan
>workout sheet: Which I will have prepared for you depending on what your goal is
>What You Should Know: This section will have 5 topics;
>'The most important things you should know about changing your body,
>'Training myths and mistakes'
