How personal do you get?
Do i go into extreme detail i.e. Toothbrush in right hand, while i flick the lid off the toothpaste with the thumb on my left hand then apply by moving my hands into the appropriate postion and squeezing the tube with my remaining 4 fingers on my left hand, BUT in the case that the tube is almost empty then i will roll it from the bottom before i even pick up my toothbrush?
