It's the eternal question and a perfect one to contemplate at the start of a new year. The best way to handle this overwhelming question is the same as with any massive project; break it down. Think about what you want to do this month, this week, this day or hour and let that flow into the rest of your life. Stay in the now, enjoy this moment, be positive and care. Isn't that a great start on the rest of your life!
