In my own words
As sadly happens to so many of this country's smartarses, I found myself at the LSE. But then was shocked + ashamed to discover Scumdun to be hellish + so I utilised my tutor's facilities for getting me transferred. I am now at Warwick and loving it. // I hate all the somehow-acceptable bigotry and small-mindedness that IS religion, however I do worship at the altar of St Morrissey. I've seen Him 4x this year + He makes the world make more sense than fucking 'Jesus' ever did ha. // I like things other than Morrissey, though, actually. Like other purveyors of jangly, depressing, 80s indie-pop, miserablism, getting pissed and graphically explaining how laboratory animals are tortured and murdered/banging on about the class struggle, casting my cynical eye over all manner of lowbrow TV + Hockey Soc socials. The biggest achievement in my life thus far? Becoming treasurer of the University of Warwick's Northern Soc, of course! |
My Pet Hate...
...is the monsters who test on animals, the morons who believe it's doing any good + popularised, tabloid-peddled, dismissive attitudes towards the animal rights movement. And the fat, greedy bastards who are too selfish and lazy to stop shovelling DEAD FLESH into their stupid faces. And Bono. And misuse of apostrophes and commas. And the C(o)untryside Alliance. And David Cameron (his lies make baby Jesus cry). |
