The blog entry is not anything to do with sex, no matter how much the faceparty community wishes it was. It's just my current way of being, get on with it and see what happens, worked well recently, on a train to London 20 mins after hearing there was a party there and had a cracking night. So I'm going with that from now on, why plan when you can just do random shit at no notice? Much more fun! Suggest something and maybe I'll have a crack at that too. Starting a routine wrote
Right, having watched the 300 a distgusting amount of times in my life, I have finally decided that I am determined to pull off the 300 workout routine. I know there's noway it's going to happen from the start, but given time maybe it'll happen. This is what they did, I'm told:

25 bodyweight pullups
50 deadlifts at 60kg
50 pressups
50 box jump-ups on 24 inch box
50 floor sweeps (ab exercise)
50 single arm clean and press (25 each arm) at 16kg
25 bodyweight pullups

Do that as fast
