Last week I gave up naughty foods, and this weekend just gone gave up the cigs!! The cigs wasn't planned, agreed to support a mate in giving up and she never even tried!! ha ha So basically at the min I'm living like a hermit in fear of temptation, and I might be 30 and healthy but will be bald with it and nail-less!!
