take it ya heard ive been sacked.
cant believe they havent had the decency to tell it to my face when i was gonna be in tomorrow.
after the weekend ive had and the personal issues, panic attacks, paranoia etc i faced when i got up this morning i think its disgusting the way ive been treated.
Its the last thing you need to hear that your fired when you in this state of mind.
Anyway hope you survive without me.

felt terrible this morning. woke up with the shakes and felt like i was having a panic attack.
the combination of a very harsh weekend and family illness.
never felt like that before. keep feelin like ive done something really bad this weekend yet dont know if i have.
